In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to the Platform and use of any of its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are cumulative and non-waivable:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the Platform. aos77 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Evidence of age will be requested during the KYC process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to a court order restricting your legal capacity or your ability to engage in gambling activities.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have self-excluded from the Platform or from any gaming platform under any national self-exclusion register to which aos77 adheres.
• Employee Restriction: Employees of aos77, its parent companies, affiliates, game providers, and the immediate family members of any such employee are not eligible to hold a Player Account or place wagers.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold any other active or suspended Account with aos77. Each individual natural person is entitled to one Account only.

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance.

aos77 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Identity verification is mandatory for all players before any withdrawal can be processed and may be required at any other point at the Company's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners and all text legibly.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past three months, bearing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP adjacent to your face, in clear lighting, confirming identity matches the document.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a partial screenshot of the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account summary page).

Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during business days. aos77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient or where transaction patterns give rise to enhanced due diligence requirements.

aos77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Live casino and bandar bola (sportsbook) markets may have separate contribution rates detailed per promotion.
• Claim Window: Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotional offer. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically. aos77 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• Expiry of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from the Account automatically, together with any winnings attributable to those bonus funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse & Fraud: aos77 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including (but not limited to) the use of duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, or collusion between players.

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of all wagers on the Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel lottery, slots, crash games) are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and the Player elects to use it within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or interrupted connection during the placement or settlement of a wager, aos77 will make a determination based on available server-side records. The Company's decision in such cases is final.
• Odds displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet. Post-placement changes to market odds do not affect confirmed bets unless the relevant market is voided.
• Where a sporting event used for bandar bola (sportsbook) purposes is abandoned, postponed, or fails to conclude within the stated time window, the bet may be voided and the stake returned at the Company's discretion, in accordance with sportsbook rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual Accounts based on betting history, risk profile, or Account tier.
• aos77 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the outcome was influenced by inside information, match-fixing, or any other form of corruption, regardless of whether the Player was involved in or aware of such corruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Balance frozen pending investigation, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Indonesia or the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a conduit for illegal financial transactions.
• Opening or operating duplicate Accounts or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or pricing discrepancies ("arbing") in a systematic manner. Players who identify bugs or errors are required to report them to support and must not profit from them intentionally.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or coordinate bets to abuse promotional terms.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour toward aos77 staff or other players via any communication channel.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods to prevent unsustainable losses.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration alerts and automatic logout timers are available from the Account settings menu.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and cannot be re-opened before the exclusion expires. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing are displayed during active sessions and can be configured in Account settings.

All content on the aos77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the exclusive property of aos77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of aos77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aos77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aos77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the aos77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account with aos77, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary: your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with AML/KYC obligations, and send you promotional communications where you have given consent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

aos77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and return of your real-money Balance in accordance with Clause 3.4.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aos77 holds its primary gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and aos77 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before an independent dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be waived or excluded by contract. Indonesian players retain the right to bring claims before Indonesian civil courts where such rights are non-excludable by law.
